Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. PROMOVE was fantastic in helping us load everything from our 1 bedroom apartment into a moving truck. We ran into a few hiccups with the truck rental company due to high demand the week we moved, and ended up with a smaller truck than planned. Our two movers, Courtney and Alex, arrived at our apartment perfectly on time and managed to fit everything in the truck, we were amazed at the Tetris skills needed to make that work! They worked quickly and were respectful of our items, they even got creative with ways of protecting the furniture with extra boxes and yoga mats when our rental company couldn't provide us with the furniture pads we ordered. Overall our moving process went smoothly all thanks to our movers, absolutely couldn't have done it without them and would hire them again. Thank you!!
