I would like to thank you for taking your time to leave a review. I like to apologize for any and all inconveniences. The team I sent out there they were not young boys. There were 22 and 25. One has two years of experience. The other one has about 8 months. They have been trained not only by myself but other experienced members of my team. When they arrived they spoke to me and took very detailed pictures of previous damage items as well as they explain to me that not everything was fully packed and ready for them. We can only pack the best of our abilities when everything is ready to be moved. You did provide blankets and we did use all the provided blankets besides one. Not only other experienced movers but they are experienced with antiques as we have an antique contract that they complete weekly. I've seen the pictures of the fully packed truck. It was packed. Talked to bottom front to back. And upon our initial conversation it was going to be a 26 ft truck. Not fully loaded. Have to items were to remain and it was no stairs. They informed me that there was two flights of stairs which having to deal with extra stairs would require extra time. Typically it takes about 3 hours to fully load a 26 ft truck. And I did not ask for cash ma'am. I suggested that you go through the ad agency and you refuse claiming that you only had cash on you and you didn't want to use any more of your card due to you traveling to another state. I do not like the false accusations. I did not like handling cash especially through ad agency. My staff also told me that your husband and fact didn't mind not mind. The job they did in fact, they inform me that you even commended them on a great job. Well done. Your husband did not seem to mind they're not everything would fit. There's only so much we can fit in a 26 ft truck to get it secured and safe. As far as their vehicle situation I have numerous teams and that team is my designated Maryville team and one of the vehicles is in the shop so we had to carpool so we can get to this job site. Again. I do apologize for any in all inconveniences. You are not properly packed and ready for us to get there. We will lie to you about how many steps and we were informed most of the items would be staying there that you would not be taking them. So the items that you're coming back for would not fit on the truck. You would have to get a bigger size truck. We packed it properly front to back talk to bottom. And I even insisted on telling my team and my team told you before they left that you would need to add extra time to the ad agency. We did not take cash like this. I even offered a receipt and you refused my receipt. Thank you and have a great day! Also the fees do not apply to me. I did not pay any fees for the ads. The customers pay the fees. So that right there entails that you're not fully exposing the truth. You offered to pay cash instead of going through the ad agency cuz all you had on you was cash and you did not want to use your credit card anymore due to you traveling out of state.
