Relocation with Rental Truck Help LLC ( Moving Labor Only )

Crews are all MEN and not college temp kids and can only speak English. Also we do NOT send trainees on hireahelper jobs. Handtruck dolly, 4 wheeler also appliance dolly, tools, and a cart dolly for elevator jobs all included no extra. Tie-down rope and tape is free. (FREE 12 furniture pads for all load jobs now, also on sale for 2.49 a piece thereafter if you want more). If you have 2 16ft pods/containers/packrats a 2man crew is the PERFECT choice no need for 3-4man on those unless you have a 3 or 4man piece which is extra as well. 3rd floor and above MUST have elevator for apartments/condos unless its 8ft container or smaller, if its bigger then that then must HAVE elevator. Homes are ok. MUST add amount of flights of stairs when booking. This system has been working great. Best start times with us are 7-8am 8-9am, 1-2pm 2-3pm, or 5-6pm. Do not book us to load furniture first and say load boxes after if your itchin for it all to fit this rarely works and this is where damages occur. We mix it in accordingly otherwise you lose space in the longrun. Book us to load properly our way if you have a certain way you want it loaded do NOT book us. Do not book us if your on a 2hr rush move with over 15ft truck or so, try 3 or 4 man crew for that. We want to move safely. One-way furniture pads on site for Pods and on all jobs now it's for loads (on sale 2.49 a piece if you want, includes our tape we use and tie down rope). Our pads are double ply 60x72 just a big as the cloth pad great for one way use. These our for customers who have no pads or just not enough (Please do not complain about pads, they are there because of the many customers who didn't have any and this is a life saver to them). We want every customer to have the opportunity to get the job done right. And if you have Marble tops or Glass please keep extra boxes to use to protect these items. We try to carry some used boxes from previous customers but that's limited and not guaranteed we use the pay it forward method. Remember you booked a time slot we can't get back. We do multiple Apartment Moves and Private Estate moves as well. For more detail's just read below. STRETCH WRAP IS USED ON COUCHES AND LOVE SEATS AND RECLINERS IF CLOTH (unless it's going to be over 14 days then it needs to padded first as well). NOT ON OTHER FURNITURE. IF OTHER FURNITURE IT WILL NEED TO BE PADDED FIRST. 2-Crew members can handle 1-3 pods or up too 26ft truck. Over 10 years experience. Remember if your just browsing put in your move date. And remember our movers don't talk about time on the job. Be prepared don't make any dinner dates. Also as a reminder Piano and Safes are extra. Very efficient. Box tv's to flat screens. Treadmills to elliptical's. Safety and safely is key. We moved it. With pods you get a crew leader that ties off every 4ft. Same with pack rat container. If you don't have furniture pads please request from us. Typical 16ft pod uses 30-60 pads. $3.99 on sale now for 1.99 per one-way double ply paper pad(our pads and includes our tape) vs $7 dollars cloth pad. It's adds up but saves the furniture. We just want to get it loaded right. We're more into loading. We are ready to go. If your not sure where to start. We do not do specialty services such as putting together items that are brand new in box, like desk, tv stands, shelves. So no NIB items. We only see NIB items maybe 3 times a year out of 1000 of moves. *We bring the pad's because of the many situations where we run into a customer who has no pads. We can't be pro's if your not ready for us. Our paper pads our much cheaper and last for a one way trip. 25 cloth furniture pads can cost alot thier meant to be used over and over again You could get 25 one-way paper furniture pads for less then $100 with us. And they are the same size. We always have them on site if needed. Don't get us because of our low prices. Get us because you want it done right. Remember you may need extra hours. We don't throw and go. Thanks, remember our crews would not work for just an hour, they get paid a 2hr minimum as well. We get silly request about hr job's, those are fine but you pay the minimum. Also we have customers that have no clue how to run a moving business. If you book say 3 or 4 crew members, you get a crew leader, an assistant to crew leader a small item carrier and box and padder (padder depending on load or unload) Some people think you get 3-4 crew leaders that does not work. Thanks so much. I hope we covered it. For future customers. If calling and you dont recieve a text back its because we are driving and the phone blocks it. We see your call and will contact asap by text if on a job. During busy days expect a call back in evening. If its a same day customer were heading too we pull over and call back. If you booked you are on our calendar. Best to text its quickest response. Keeps it flowing nicely

David and Austin were fantastic. They worked tirelessly and did a masterful job of protecting our items, and used every cubic foot of space in our containers. It was obvious that they take great pride in their work.

We had 4 men an 3 were good hard workers. One on the other hand was more in the way than a help. I have no problem using them again but, would recommend they not use that gentlemen again. He was as much a safety risk as he was in the way. As the employer I paid for one worker that did not earn his pay an the other workers were shorted by his presence. Howard

Mover's response:
Thanks at the end of a load sometimes the 4 man team becomes more of loader and the guys just giving him items to load. Meaning its at the end sorta doing circles. Sometime we just have to guys start packing up and 2 finishing last 10 minutes or so. Otherwise we butt heads. Every job is different. They all earned thier pay. If you read are description you would see. 4man team consist of loader, 2 man piece crew and box dolly guy. They all have different jobs to do. Were not 4 football players doing the same thing. In this case you didnt let us do our system. They did it just right.

This crew was awesome. They were on time, worked quickly, took zero breaks, were respectful and I would definitely use them again. They finished on time.

Our service was just ok, or poor. The packing was completed at the end of the 4 hours only due to being watched and reminded a few times to work. One helper was wrapping and taking apart beds, he was on task most of the time, very slow though. One helper was on his phone several times and when they asked for a 5 min break it turned into 8-10. We had to remind them that we were paying for their services and we needed them to start moving our items. We moved everything in the garage and front yard so it should have been easy. We would not use these 2 men again for moving.

Mover's response:
The Crew leader David was confused this day. Customer would not let us tie down the load or pad after 1st pod. This job was 2 pods. I personally drove out to this job 1.5 hours away to deliver more pads if needed she stopped at 22 pads. She could easily used 50 pads. Big 6 -8hr job if done right. However customer did not want stuff padded just thrown in after 1st pod. I had to pull over on way back to call customer to ask if she wanted over our 2 hours. She said she just wanted 4. We gave her 30 min extra till 1230 (30 min free)stayed and she still didnt let us tie off and the guys needed a break to figure out whats going on this isnt normal. Go figure. She really needed Day labor not Movers. We are Movers. Sorry you booked wrong. Very unsafe conditions for us. We are required to tie off and take pics of them too. She waived her rights to a safe move. This was first job in over 20 years I ever seen a customer not want thier furniture secured in the load. Im still wondering. No answer. We wouldnt be in business if we didnt secure our load jobs. It's not possible

They were organized, careful, friendly and helpful. Excellent job!

Mover's response:
Thanks we are not off the street day labor. We do it right if you care about your belongings. Damages cost more then time. And pads are more important then us the Movers. Let us do our work and your furniture will arrive safely.

Arrived on time and completed in time planned. David and crew were very efficient and professional. Had to unload and reload to accommodate everything but did so without complaints or issues. Austin JJ and Ricardo (?) were proactive and took David’s lead. Great team.
Eager to open the trailer after our 1100 mile journey.
Would highly recommend.

The two movers I had were absolutely amazing. They were on-time, they did the job well and were very respectful of our personal items. I will 100% use this company the next time I move. My movers helped me unload our POD and put together some furniture I bought online for us (which was super helpful with me being 7 months pregnant). Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about using this company.

Mover's response:
Thanks so much. Summer is here. Remember we bring Pads on all jobs now. So if you run out or just don't have any ours are only 2.99 a piece. And we do not charge for tie down rope, tape, or stretch wrap. Our company can only stretch wrap items that are padded first. Stretch wrap itself is not recommended to be put on furniture directly.

Get To Know Us

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We know some customers that book ahead more then just a few days ahead like to talk a few times. That's fine that's what were here for. Also our crew are all Men

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

We bring Pads on all jobs we know if Pods it's nearly a must have, also with Uhual or other Rental trucks they sometimes limit how many pads they give you. Or you just don't have enough. Either way we bring pads it's only item we bring to the job that is extra if needed. The pads are 2.49 on sale now and we only charge you for how many you use and at end of job.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Anything a customer can do beforehand is great. Take anything apart, put mattress in bags. Please take baby cribs apart. Also any water lines like on fridge or washer is awesome if it's already done. And put a box of baking soda in the fridge it helps keep the odor out during storage or transfer

What types of moves have you handled?

Have done it all, However just on office moves cubicles must have someone on hand to show how they come apart or go together. They are not items you want to move around and expect to be perfect again after moving. Same goes for any particle board items.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Get to travel all over DFW, it never gets boring. Always can find a good place to eat around jobs.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All our crew members on hireahelper jobs have been moving over 5 years. It's not bring your buddy to work today its moving. Were all MEN and not college temp kids. This isn't a side gig, it's our full time job.
