I have been going back and forth if I should leave a review or not. And if so, should I rate 4 or 3. While the main guy (probably the owner of the company) was very nice, I feel like my property wasn't taking care of properly . Every single one of my appliances is scuffed and scratched up. I had a washer that was moved from my laundry room to my garage because I wanted my newer, nicer looking washer set in the laundry room. But my new set doesn't look as good as it did , because it has scratches all over it. The washer set I had moved to the garage, the drawer for the laundry detergent was broken. We did have furniture pads but that doesn't matter if the appliances were being dragged against the concrete etc. It would be wise for the company to invest in those moving straps that's used to helped carry appliances.
Due to how my appliances are all scuffed up, I would not use them again or recommend them. I gave 3 stars only because the gentleman were nice.

Today I received a call from John 3:16 movers about my previous review. Which I originally gave them 3 stars (see above). The call was not to apologize for the scuff marks on my appliances but was to tell me that they did not do any damage to my appliances. I was also told that my appliances were old and if they would have done it, then baseboards would of been damaged. First let me say, I do not appreciate a call from a company to tell me that my appliance were old. As a business owner you are to listen to your customers, not to call and be argumentative. I did not call the company to complain nor ask for my money back. Since when do appliance get scuff marks just from being old? Which my appliance are not old. But where the appliances are scuffed, you can clearly tell it is not from normal wear and tear.
BUT I did not mention the fact that you all dirty our mattresses up by dragging them on the ground. I did not mention that there is a dent in my wall from you all. Nor did I mention that you all broke a piece off of my treadmill. I also did not mention that you were an hour late (yes you called after already being 20 mins late to say that you were running late). AND after all that I still tipped even though I was not satisfied with the service because that is how I was raised.
Let's not forget that you apologize to my husband and I for your workers attitude and performance because the move took longer than expected and they had plans. The reason I did not want you to move our boxes to the proper location in our home was because I did not want you all to do any more damage and I was trying to be nice about it.
Shame on you sir for your response. I did not say anything was scratched from top to bottom. What would my hidden agenda be? I didn't even make a compliant nor claim for damages. Very unprofessional with how you handled this situation.

Very hard working and helpful. Moved my already wrapped and boxed household into a upack moving trailer. Very helpful having some muscle to move the heavier, bulky items.

Victor and another young man ( unfortunately I can’t remember his name) did an amazing job with my move. He called and let me know about what time they would be arriving and they came ready to work. They were very professional and moved everything I needed them too! I would hands down recommend this company to anyone who is moving.
