I will never use a service such as this again. The guys worked hard and were on time. However there were too many damaged items as a result of the inadequate way that items were packed into the POD. Two speakers were damaged. The front of the Refrigerator was dinged up. The dryer was placed on top of the washing machine which left the top of the washing machine dented. The twin headboard was damaged. For me, this was not the way to move. I have used a moving company in the past and if I ever had to move again that is the way that I would move my valuables. This was a mistake on my part for trying to take the cheap way out. Never again! My observation of both the guys that loaded the POD and the different crew that unloaded it is that everything that they do is time based. If you book them for 2 hours they will rush to get the job done in two hours. If you do decide to go this route you should pad your time estimate by 1 hour and simply tell the guys that the job should only take 2 hours and that they can slow down and not rush through the job and that the extra hour is on you whether they use it or not. Believe me, paying for one extra hour is cheaper than damaged furniture. GOOD LUCK!

We used Speed Loaders for a pack out and pack in of our second floor to do some renovations and they were excellent. The crew of 3 showed up right on time on both occasions and did a great job. They were polite and respectful of our home and belongings. They took great care to put everything back the way it was before the move and were willing to adjust their routine based on requests from me and my wife. I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs!

Everything went very smoothly. They were very dependable. Chuck and Alex were right on time and really took time to stack the POD just right. The puzzle was amazing and I don't think they could have done better. Unfortunately, we had some boxes and table left over that just wouldn't fit. Oh well! Luckily we have some relatives who could take some things for awhile. I would absolutely recommend these 2 guys for loading a POD! It took 5 hours but they hardly stopped working during the whole thing.

Our Speed Loaders were on time, extremely prepared and worked non-stop to get the job done. Extremely polite and respectful of my family and I as well as our possessions. At the end they told us what could and could not fit into the POD because they didn't want to damage anything. I still am amazed at how they fit everything into the POD!!

Absolutely incredible. We had Compass and Miguel help us. They were early to the job, very respectful, and extremely efficient. They were both very polite to my girlfriend's parent that stopped by to help too. We had a lot of boxes and furniture but were only able to get a 17' truck. However, due to their incredible Tetris packing abilities, we were able to get everything in one load. That saved money on the rental. Originally quoted for 4 hours but these guys were so efficient that they did it in 3. That saved money on the movers. Then to top everything off, I ordered pizza for the guys after all the work they put in; each got a pie but they ended up giving some of it to a couple of kids hanging out across the street (with their grandmother's permission, of course). Really great guys and really great service. Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
