I have had many moves. However, this was my first move using a pod for a long distance move. Armstrong movers kept in touch with me and answered my questions from Day 1. On the day of the appointment, they were on time and went right to work sorting my boxes and loading the pod. Be sure to check with them prior to packing. They can provide you with valuable packing hints that will save space while protecting the items you are moving. Mike was able to get everything into one pod with the exception of four boxes that I easily mailed at a fraction of the cost compared to paying for an additional pod. I would highly recommend Armstrong movers.

Michael and his crew couldn't have been better! They worked hard and fast, never complained, they were courteous and friendly, and well trained. I was happy to see Mike give them time to take a couple of breaks and then they were right back at the job. No question, I would hire them again.

The crew did an excellent job. They contacted me well before the scheduled time, to make sure I was ready for them, and notified me of their exact arrival time (which was within the window scheduled). They were courteous, efficient, took initiative, had a variety of moving tools which made things go quick and easy. Without being asked they assembled my king sized bedframe and put the box springs and mattress on top of it. Nothing was damaged. Note: they *will* move a piano, just not up a flight of stairs. The web site won't let you choose piano if you say you have stairs. Set stairs to none, and enter proper piano count, then enter a note that you have stairs, just don't need the piano moved up them. Went out of their way to make sure I was happy with their work. Would gladly work with them again.

Very efficient. Packed pod tightly and securely. A good communicator who accomodated our wishes. Worked very hard; the two were a surprisingly strong team both physically and in cooperation. We couldn’t have asked for more. STRONG recommend!

These guys were AMAZING. They called to let me know when they would arrive. They had equipment and only took about 5 minutes to assess and make a plan. Once they got started, there was not stopping them. They took excellent care of my things and got more done than I was ready for: I was packing and taping as they were loading! I had already loaded some boxes because of past experience I was not expecting them to get so much done! They rearranged the boxes to a better fit, packed efficiently and took wonderful care of my 100 year old piano. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I definitely recommend Armstrong. I think I was a bit of an annoying customer.....I underestimated the work, and also had scheduled very little time between when I estimated the move would be done and when we needed to have the uHaul back) and they handled it like the pros they are. They were courteous, and thoughtful, and hardworking, and careful, and fast -- and the overall cost was hundreds of dollars less than what my friends have paid for smaller moves. Will definitely call them the next time I need help moving something!

Worked very hard. Brought all tools required for the job. Finished loading in alot less time than I figured it would take. When I got to my destination (1500 miles), there was no damage to any of my items. I would definitely use them again.
