They were a little late but did call to say they would be late. They did a wonderful job and got everything in with room to spare. They put bubble wrap inside my curio cabinet and wrapped the glass shelves in bubble wrap and blankets to make sure they would not get broke.it was amazing how much they fit in the POD, it was like watching them create a jigsaw puzzle. they were respectful and took good care of all my goods. They were hard workers and finished in the allotted time.
This is the second time I used Chaz and Crew and would definitely use them again and most certainly would recommend them to others. Missed personally seeing Chaz so I would like to say Hi to him. Thanks for a job well done.

We used Chaz and crew for a previous move and were so impressed we hired them again! We had an issue with our truck, making us a bit late, and they were very flexible....staying in contact by phone, and arriving within minutes of our truck. They come equipped with tools, and dismantled several pieces of furniture for us. The first time we hired them, they installed a window air conditioner that my husband was struggling with. But the biggest help was in packing our truck! Chaz is a genius at making things fit just perfectly and staying secure for the hour-long drive to our home. We will be moving all of our daughter's belongings into a new apartment in a few weeks and we will definitely hire Chaz and crew again---they are the best.....worth every penny!

Great job by the team! I expected a team of two people, but 3 folks turned up. They were very friendly, efficient and completed the job well within the 2 hrs. I would highly recommend them.

We've moved a lot and used various loading and unloading services. Chaz & Crew were scheduled to help us unload a storage container at 3 pm, yet I was contacted around 11:30 am by a crew member to ask if they could arrive early for our job. I wasn't really thrilled with the request for a change in schedule, since I work, but since the forecast was for rain in the late afternoon, I left work at noon to meet them at our new home at 1 pm. I was contacted by a crew member shortly before 1 pm to say that they were running late, since the office hadn't informed them our order required a 3rd helper. Given that I had confirmed our order time and the fact that we would need 3 helpers the day before our scheduled time, I wasn't happy to hear that those details weren't shared by the office with the moving crew. They stated they would arrive in approximately 35 minutes, around 1:35 pm. The crew didn't show up until 2 pm. While they were friendly and worked diligently, I didn't feel as though they were as professional or took the level of care with our belongings as some of the other services we've used; it felt as though they were rushing through the job just to get done. Two pieces of furniture were damaged in being brought from our storage container to the 2nd floor of our home. All told, the crew was only at our job for one hour, although we paid for 2, and Chaz & Crew will not refund for unused time the way some other services will. Also, you are asked to submit payment via text at the time of the crew's departure, which didn't allow us any time to inspect our belongings for damage; we only realized the the two pieces of furniture were damaged after the crew had departed. We will not be using Chaz & Crew again.

Very happy and satisfied with the work done. Though they arrived a little late but they fully made up by completing the job quickly and professionally. They also went out of the way to help with assembling the bed and sofa.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.

We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
