The crew arrived early and were fully prepared to work. They were very efficient and were careful with our possessions. We found them friendly and willing to do whatever was needed to make sure our needs were met. We would definitely use them again.

Angel and his crew were wonderful! They had our POD emptied and our table and bed put together in just over an hour. It was the beginning of a heat wave and they plugged right along. We hired 3 helpers, but 4 helpers showed up. That was great, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there were going to be 4 because that left us scrambling to find money to tip the 4th person. It all worked out and we would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Wow is all I can say. This is our second time using CHAZ and crew and I would not recommend anyone else for this type of service. I took an off chance on availability since I was looking to hire a crew with 24 hours notice and on the 4th of July no less. They responded immediately to the request and the team was out here when agreed and had my truck packed in less than 2 hours. The team also took a number of bigger bulkier items to the dumpster in front of my home. Awesome company and an awesome team. Be careful in this heat guys...

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the move. The gentlemen were on-time, focused, and, perhaps most important, flexible. First-time placement of “stuff” is sometimes a challenge. They were extremely flexible as we were very late arriving for our appointment due to several unforeseen delays. They worked very well together and were very respectful of our property and goods. They were also extremely courteous to us. They were willing to do whatever we needed done. I would definitely us them again.

Chas and crew were hard-working polite and easy to talk to Not only were they exactly on time, they’re willing to start an hour early. However, I was stuck in traffic and I made them wait. They unloaded all the furniture from my apartment and took it down to my waiting truck. After professionally loading each item, they followed me to multiple locations and unloaded the truck and set up the furniture as requested. Four-man turned what would’ve been a full days work Into a three hour job. Nothing but good comments.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
