Crew showed up 2hours late. After they finally arrived, they completely destroyed the leather on my couch trying to force it out of the door. Would advise NOT to use them.

The gentlemen called with their eta and called back when they were stuck bc of a bridge opening and would be delayed. Packed the POD faster than my husband or I ever expected. They know what they are doing and how to load correctly. When it was picked up this morning, it was obvious it was packed correctly bc it was so easy to lift the POD. We have another to be packed next week and look forward to having the same amazing gentlemen completing our packing and a smooth move. Thanks Chaz and crew

UPDATE: Had a great initial experience with the team from CHAZ and Crew. They were communicative, on time, and worked hard. They were also very polite and had a very positive vibe. The PODS seem packed well. As we are moving cross country, I won’t know how well until we load on the other end. Unfortunately, we unpacked the PODS on the other end and found out that several of our high end wood pieces had not be wrapped properly (blankets and wrap were provided by us) and we sustained damage to many pieces. I will say that Jalen has been very responsive and I am confident that the team will learn from this experience. I would still recommend them, but suggest having two people at home so that one can watch how things are wrapped going into the PODS and one can be in the house directing the show.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
