What great workers. What took me weeks to get ready, they had the POD packed and ready to go in about 2 hours. They certainly knew what they were doing. A great bunch of guys who left my home for two additional homes to pack up in the same day. Hopefully, I will get the same during the unpacking stage. That will occur in Florida.

Your three guys, Chris, Tarick (spelling?) and Greg, were awesome. They were right on time and were able to come over even earlier than we thought, which worked out really well for me, since I had my helper could be there at the same time. We had to work around some issues where my phone wasn't taking texts or calls inside the CubeSmart units, so we went back and forth to arrange for the gate code to be sent to them, etc. The crew was extremely polite and helpful, even taking things down to our cars for us, moving trash to the dumpster, and making sure everything was cleaned up afterward. As soon as I am able to downsize further into a five-by-five unit, I will definitely hire them again. THANK YOU!!!

Great service from start to finish. We had to change original date of load and it was accommodated with no issues. The team showed up on time and proceeded to work immediately after the walk thru on our house. The capacity of the trailer was fully used and they finished the job earlier than anticipated. Great job and highly recommend CHAZ and Crew if the need arises.

The Chaz & Crew company and specifically the Chaz "Crew" that did my move were absolutely fantastic. They way, way exceeded my hopes for a smooth move. The guys were on time, worked really hard, and handled all my furniture with great care. Additionally, they were friendly, pleasant guys with really nice personalities. Plus, they were very patient and understanding with placing the items were I wanted them and even moved stuff around when I changed my mind. So, they are a terrific team and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

They called to give an ETA and arrived at time expected. Worked quickly and efficiently to put our small load (efficiecy apt) into our too large rental truck (smallest we could get for a one way trip). Packed very well and tightly using mattress/box spring with tie downs to keep everything else securely against front of truck space for our 350+ mile trip. Thanks.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
