We had to reschedule at the last minute and there was no problem. The guys called us before they arrived and were even early!! Very respectful of the house and furniture. Fun to be around too and that makes the process even better! Would highly recommend them!!

Chaz and Crew, showed up ahead of my time slot, worked extremely hard and did a great job. I had just had new carpets installed and my hardwood floors refinished and they were careful and courteous and the floors remained in the same great shape they were in when Chaz and Crew arrived. They also worked very diligently trying several different ways to get a sofa in my basement that was a tight fit. I might have to call them when it is time to get it out!! Because of the great job they did when they moved me out of my town home, I knew exactly who to hire to move me into our new single family home, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Excellent team of movers. They were held up on a previous job but to make sure we kept our timeline they added 2 more movers to ensure the job was completed as scheduled. They helped move some heavy and cumbersome objects all with professionalism and a nice disposition. Would recommend them for future jobs in Philly area.

They arrived about on time and app 2 hrs later had all the stuff that we wanted moved into the pod. Very friendly, worked well together. Would recommend them if moving into PODS.

Our movers showed up during the scheduled window and were friendly and helpful for the whole moving process. We ended up negotiating some large furniture through tight spaces, and Chaz & Crew got them in place without a scratch!

Half hour late. Worked hard but slow. Courteous. Three of us carried boxes out to driveway/garage to speed things up but poor job by putting heavy stuff on top of light weight stuff causing minor damage to garment boxes & plastic containers. Would not use again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
