They arrived on time and were very polite. I booked 2 people for 2 hours, but 4 people arrived and they didn't charge me more for that, this part was great. The not so great part was that they didn't have much experience loading a pod. They didn't have a plan of action so when it came for the biggest pieces of furniture, they waited til the end and they didn't fit, so they had to take things out and reload. In addition, when we looked at the end, chairs were just thrown on top with the legs poking down onto other furniture. If we hadn't of noticed, I'm sure a leg would have punctured my leather chair, all they had to do was turn it upside down. I would not use them again.

2 hours task completed in 45 minutes. the crew was very professional and courteous and punctual. They always asked for instructions for putting the furniture at correct location in the apartment and ensured nothing was damaged.

The crew that came was extremely efficient. They were a little late due to traffic, but well made up for it! They were experts at filling the PODS unit and careful with all furniture. I will absolutely be using them for any future moves.

I'm blown away. The crew showed up on time, and worked tirelessly. Our belongings were carefully packed into our trailer and unloaded with the same polite care. The crew was professional, respectful and courteous. Very careful with our items and our home. What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.

We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly.
