EXCELLENT!!!! EXCELLENT !!!! EXCELLENT !!!!. The day started with a cancel by mover from MovinglaborHelp.com 10 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive (9 am), flat tire which might take 2 -3 hours & they cancelled without even offering to help us get another mover. In a panic, I contacted HireAHelper and they connected me with Chaz & Crew and guaranteed same day arrival between 11 am - 12 Noon. The "crew" showed up 12:05 pm and immediately started working, no BS, no excuses just simply hard work, loading done in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Followed me to unload site which had a flight of stairs to 2nd floor, unload completed in 1 hour and 45 minutes. So they had quoted me 3 hours and the "crew" was done in exactly that amount of time. Nothing broken, nothing forgotten, no complaints and even helped fix things I had packed incorrectly. They even put a 10' dining room table together and fixed wobbly legs on another piece of furniture. If you use this company I am sure you will have a great moving experience with greate "crew". The Crew of 3 members were courteous and efficient. They brought the moving blankets, dolly and loaded/unloaded the items safely and completed the work ahead of schedule. Definitely recommend chaz and crew.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
