Wow! Can’t begin to explain how happy/impressed I am with Chaz & Crew. I’m typically very skeptical with online reviews but I can honestly say they are as good as the reviews say. The crew came out and unloaded my 16’ pod in an hour, it would have been sooner but we had about a 55 yard walk from pod to apartment. Professional, respectful, and polite. These guys rock and will be using them again when I move. Thanks!!

They did a excellent job! 1-800 Pack Rat missed up the delivery of my furniture. CHAZ & Crew worked with me to reschedule my unload! The guys were professional and polite!

They were just an amazing bunch of guys. They did all the heavy lifting and moving and whatever else I needed. The only issue I had was that the woman from hire helper gave me a time and i guess she was unaware of a job they had previous to mine on same day, so the time was way off BUT the guys stayed in constant contact with me to keep me posted for there arrival... other than the time THEY WERE GREAT. No damages. Quick. Efficient. And really nice guys too. Would definitely use them again...rhanks for the hekp guys...you lessened a very stressful day for me.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
