Chaz & Crew did a great job unloading a couple of PODS containers for us at our new home. They were on time, worked diligently, were careful with our belongings and were friendly and professional the entire time. I think they sense how stressful moving is, and they did everything they could to make the process move quickly and smoothly. Chaz & Crew were great! I had them for a partial move a few months ago and liked how they did their job then so I had no doubts about having them again for my final move. They arrived in the early part of the window of the scheduled time. Chris very carefully asked to go over the areas to be packed in our PODS. The guys were very hard working and very carefully carried our furniture and things to the PODS. I would use them again any time we need to move, but we've moved out of the area where they work! Thanks, guys, for a great job!

Awesome guys. Even if they were late a bit they finished job super fast in time manner! They treated all of the stuff and furniture very carefully not even induced any single scratch to both the stuff and the house wall.

I have hesitated to leave this review because the movers were very nice guys and they worked quickly, and were utmost professionals. The way that they loaded our belongings was the opposite of the advice to load heavy items first. And when we questioned it they assured us they had a method. They loaded boxes primarily before they loaded our furniture. And since we were moving across the country, we asked them multiple times to use tiedowns, and they did not (told us it wasn’t necessary because they’d pack it tight). The end result was that our belongings shifted and there was some significant damaged. I called them and there is nothing they can do to fix it because the insurance isn’t through them. So I called hire a helper and they did all they could to make things right. I leave this feedback in the hopes to make Chaz and Crew a better company for future moves because they are good guys and were professional and efficient. I would recommend them as long as there is a clear understanding of packing.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
