They did very nice job to me for the home moving, and very professional. They finished work within two hours. But you still charged me 4 hours ($552). If the company charges based on working hours, the calculation seemed not reasonable.

They did a great job! Hired 2 movers for 4 hours and 4 came. They were done in less than 2 hours. Communicated the entire time and took very good care of the furniture and the house. Highly recommend!

Our crew arrived within the time frame scheduled. They were professional, courteous, and careful with our household contents. They were very strong and knew how to carry items that were heavy. They definitely knew how to pack the PODs! I wasn't sure how much would fit into a POD and thought we might need a third one. Not only did we not need the third one, we almost didn't need the second one because of how well the crew packed the first one! We would hire them again for sure!

I've used Chaz and Crew theee times now. They work super hard and they get the job done. They're professional, respectful, and fast. My only suggestion is that they could take better care of furniture when packing up containers. Some of our better furniture was compromised in the way they packed garage items on top of good chairs and sofas, which we didn't know until months later when they unloaded things. Otherwise, they are really great.

We used Chaz and Crew to pack two containers for storage. They were on time, prepared and worked very hard. They responded to our specific packing requests and were careful with our house and goods. They did a great job fitting things into the container and completed on time. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

Showed up on time and were very helpful considering too that I was not feeling well. Also, they were flexible with my time. A lot of shifting around if start time at the last minute. Protected my belongings too.

Nice guys for sure but they showed up over an hour late which almost made me miss the Directv guy. We only used them for 2 hours 20 minutes but we reserved 3 hours. They would not reimburse any of that additional time AND they showed up with 4 guys instead of 2 that was requested. So it looks like they keep 4 guys in their car regardless of how many you request, I guess that's a good idea if you plan on being late.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
