Chris was our "leader" and did a wonderful job of organizing our 2 trucks. They stayed until the last bit of available space was filled. I would highly recommend these guys if you are even going to need helpers to pack up and move.

Both Chris and Darnell were polite and respectful to me and to one another, and also respectful of my walls, carpets and appliances . It was a hot , humid day and they moved a washer and dryer from basement to 2nd floor and another set from 2nd floor to basement with great effort but no damage. This.is a 230 yr old house with narrow, twisting staircases where it would have been easy to go wrong, but they didn't. They remained focused and patient and I give them both a lot of credit. I will definitely request them next time.

When I say that Chaz and Crew were professionals, I don't just mean that they showed up on time, knew what they needed to do, or worked well together. What made it clear that they were truly professional was that they were able to get the job done even when faced with the biggest problem of all: The client (aka me).
After Chaz and Crew had loaded up my truck -- quickly and efficiently -- and we were about to head off for my new place, I realized I couldn't find the truck key. It was nowhere to be found. U-Haul could cut me a new one, but couldn't deliver it for 6 hours from the locksmith. I was screwed.
I released Chaz and Crew so they could get to their next job and said I'd get back to them when I got the key. Shortly after they left for it, though, they called back to let me know that they'd stopped the clock on my job when they'd finished loading and, amazingly, offered to go pick up the new key so that they could finish the job. Which they did, quickly, efficiently and with good humor.
What they did was way over and above just doing a great job, they did what was needed to get the job done, despite my own incompetence. That's what I call professionalism. I cannot thank them enough.

Very polite, and they hustled! They told me not to do it,they would get it! Only problem was putting my bed together. But it is very complicated, but they eventually got it together. I would use them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
