The guys did a great job of unloading our stuff. They were almost too fast though. Then I found out they had another job hat day and were hoping to leave early. The did stay but only at our insistence. That being said, we were still very satisfied with our move-in team.

Amazing crew, on time, courteous, polite and hard working. Only a few scuffs and bruises on some furniture but as to be expected with any move and not the guys fault. Would hire any and all all of the men who moved our family again in the future. Great work and thanks for helping us get into our new home with all the heavy lifting!

The 4 movers were fantastic! Good communication before and during the move. On time, quick, careful, efficient, friendly, courteous...I'm running out of adjectives. They completed my local 2 bdrm apartment move in less than 2.5 hours, from beginning to end. I would hire this crew again in a minute. I am telling my employer about them since we often relocate people to work in New Jersey. Thank you again, Chaz and Crew! Y'all were the BEST!

The crew I had was excellent. It was move-in to an elevator building. One item wouldn't fit on the elevator and they carried it up 9 flights on stairs and could not have been nicer. I was very pleased with the service.

Arrived on time, did a fantastic job unloading a very full 26' truck despite the fact that we couldn't park it very close to the house due to unexpected concrete work! I would very highly recommend Chaz & Crew!

We were scheduled a window from 1pm-2pm today and were given a call saying they were still working the previous job but to make up for it they sent 2 extra guys at no extra cost. When Corey, Steve, Steph, and Brandon got to us they were ready to work and worked hard from start to finish! They were extremely respectful to us and our belongings, they went above and beyond and we couldn't have asked for a better group of guys!

Chaz and Crew really were great to work with on a move where a lot of things went unexpectedly. It turned out that I had more stuff than the 26 foot truck would hold, and we had to make two runs. They worked to try to make it fit, and were mindful of how they were packing. The crew lead (Antoine) was extremely helpful and communicative through the whole process, and they were polite and helpful through what ended up becoming a 15 hour move. They could have been more efficient in their disassembly and reassembly of some of the furniture, but overall they worked hard and kept a positive attitude through a tough job. I would use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
