These guys were awesome! They showed up within the time frame with 2 extra guys (I only paid for 2!!), worked quickly (only took 50 mins to move my 1 br apt down 4 flights of stairs), and packed the truck efficiently and neatly. I only gave them a 4-star rating because a couple pieces of my furniture were scratched and/or dinged. My things are old so I am not too worried about it...a furniture pen will cover it up. I would still use them again in the future and definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get moved out quickly. I'm satisfied!!

We were in a major bind with moving our furniture and Chaz & Crew came through for us when we had no one else!!! All three of the guys that came to help us were extremely kind, courteous, and FAST! What took us hours to pack took them a fraction of the time to move in and place where we wanted. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

The crew that arrived at the house was well prepared, and did a decent job of estimating the right load level for the truck, although they ended up unloading and reloading some things as the truck reached capacity and there was more to load. They were great to work with, very personable. They were a few minutes outside the arrival window, but they warned us that might happen, and then they followed that up with communication while they were en route. I had booked them for 3 hours, but ended up with 4 (which I had anticipated as likely). Luckily for me, they sent three instead of two helpers, as we had some additional items that we did not expect to be moving. When we got to unloading, we discovered that the couch was pretty beat up/dirty, but there were no other issues.

Chaz and Co. were wonderful. I had to change dates of service because our POD was delayed, and they were incredibly flexible. They were delayed the morning of service because of a tire issue, but they kept me informed of their timing. The POD has to be placed 1/2 block from our house, but Chaz and Co. didn't complain about having to haul things the greater distance. Great crew!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
