I had originally booked two helpers for two hours. They arrived about half an hour after the original arrival time but called me 15 minutes before the original time to let me know. They showed up with a crew of 4 and said no extra charge and moved everything quickly. Excellent service, very polite. Would definitely recommend them.

They were such an incredible help. My husband died and I was relocating over 1200 miles away. I was so worried that I could not fit everything in the large pod. When they arrived I explained what I had to have and what I'd like to keep they assured me they could fit it all in and even last minute stuff. I think the leaders name was Chris. When he had had space he asked me what I had to fit the size. I packed up more boxes and took more furniture than I thought I could. They were respectful and I would have taken them on my trip from Pennsylvania to Texas if I could have packed them in my pod too! I would recommend Chaz and crew to anyone, especially the employees who helped me!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
