Chaz and Crew really came through for me during my latest move. An earlier reviewer claimed that their crew "[moved] like lightning," and my experience was no different. In spite of the fact that my four-person crew was one man short (someone called in sick), they loaded up my entire apartment in under an hour, and did a similarly awesome job with unloading. I would recommend their services without any reservations!

Guys did a good job. We moved almost with no issues, nothing was broken or spoiled. Guys did what we asked them to do. It's moste likely I choose this crew next time.

They called personally to confirm a day in advance and again when on their way. They all introduced themselves with a handshake upon arrival, left with a handshake and a thank you when done, and were unfailingly polite throughout the day. Not one wasted time, and as soon as a task was done they asked what else they could do to help. They worked well as a team on the bigger moving tasks and equally well independently on separate smaller tasks. They got SO much more done than I had anticipated in just two hours! Highly recommended!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
