I used Chaz and crew for loading a moving truck only. They were on time, and loaded the truck in the allotted time frame. At the end of the loading, I saw they had not used the tie downs I provided. Things I noticed right off were my sectional sofa pieces upside down and uncovered. I asked Chaz about the tie downs, and the way everything was loaded, and he assured me nothing would move or get broken. I again questioned the loading as we were moving across country. I also provided several dozen furniture pads. When we reached our destination, and opened the back of the truck, our belongings had fallen forward. Multiple items had either been crushed or broken. They said they were going to shrink wrap my lamps, but none were wrapped. Several of the lamps were bent. They actually brought the shrink wrap with them. They did not cover any of my sectional living room furniture. There was a large screen tv in the box. One of the dining room chairs went through the box, and dented the tv. My computer desk was crushed. AS couple of the guys seemed to take care in what they were doing, and none of the things they handled were damaged. I would not use them again, unless I wanted my things damaged,.

Chaz and Crew were absolutely wonderful! They were helpful and kind and thoughtful in every respect. They worked very hard and did everything we needed them to do. They were on time and they were very careful with my belongings. They offered to help arrange furniture. I can't say more good about them. Chaz and crew were absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to everyone I know. I needed them at the last minute due to an emergency and they came out same day within 3 hours of me calling them. I asked for 2 movers and 3 showed up and all 3 guys finished loading up what was left in my house and then unloaded the full 26 foot truck in a little over 2 hours. They only charged me for 2 movers instead of all 3 and they didn't charge any extra for going over the 2 hour minimum. They were polite, hard working and a delight to deal with. If you need any help moving I would highly recommend them. Thanks again to Chaz and Crew. You will be my first call when we move next time.

My Crew was Chris, Steph, Hank, Steve, and Chaz...these guys were AMAZING! On time, professional, friendly, fast, and all around miracle workers! I couldn't believe how efficiently and thoroughly they packed my storage unit! not a square inch left unused! I only wish that I could have used them on the other end of my move!!!

Their team was great! They communicated when they would be at my new apartment to help me unload and showed up at the time they said they would be there. They completed the job in less time than was estimated and I enjoyed my conversation with them while they worked. They brought everything needed to get my moved up to the 10th floor and I will use them again when I decide to move out of my apartment.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
