on time, prepared, respectful, worked hard, would definitely use them again. Very nice gentlemen, introduced themselves. Didn't roll their eyes or moan about the HUGE pieces of furniture they had to move, just did it, quickly, safely, no scratches on the floor. I was very impressed.

We used your crew on October 27 to pack a POD for us to put in storage until it's time to move to our new home. I am sorry to say that I cannot remember the names of the four gentlemen that arrived on time and wearing your shirts with your logo. They were very hard working and proficient employees who new what was the best way to get the job done with no damage the property they were packing or to the remainder of my property. I would recommend your organization and in particular the team that worked for me for my next move. In talking to the team, I found out that they can do work in the area that we will be moving into, so will be asking to get that team to come and unpack the pod for us. I will recommend your organization whenever I can.

The crew didn't get the message to come later, so they were early for us. Nevertheless they were industrious, polite, helpful, and in the end spared us a lot of work we would have otherwise undertaken. I would be happy to recommend them to someone who had a lot to move.

Chaz & Crew did a great job moving furniture and heavy exercise equipment from a Pod into the house. They were very quick and thorough and didn't waste time. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if the need arises.

Do not hesitate to hire Chaz and Company! They were on time, pleasant, helpful, professional and quick. Very respectful of my property, followed my direction and answered my questions patiently. Did they work hard? Yes! Yes, I would use them again in a heartbeat. Rashonda (sp?) in the office was beyond pleasant and helpful and picked up the phone promptly when I needed to coordinate the timing of the arrival of my pod. I can't say enough. Great experience and I needed them in a pinch. They saved the day.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
