Arrived on time work very efficiently stack the truck to the maximum capacity. All of my valuables were tied and secured in the truck. The guys were a little late but we recieved a phone call informing us they would be and we understood that. The men showed up and were very respectful and moved everything in less time then anticipated. I tried to help them and they refused. I would highly recommend this company and I saved their information just in case if ever needed again.

The 3-man Chaz & Crew crew was great. They arrived on time and quickly, efficiently and carefully loaded our rental truck, unloaded it and reloaded our household goods into a POD within the 3-hour time frame we requested and that included a travel time to the final loading site of about 40 minutes. We were amazed that they were able to fit everything we had hoped to take into our POD. We were so sure we would have to leave some things behind. As one of the crew said, it was like working a Tetris puzzle and they apparently are expert Tetris players. :-) We would definitely use Chaz & Crew again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
