Quick and efficient. Could have been a bit more careful covering furniture to protect walls. Otherwise great! They were on time and got the work done in less time than anticipated. They were all very respectful/polite.

I really had no idea what to expect as I have never hired movers before. The 3 gentlemen that came were on time and worked very quickly - to my surprise and delight). They were friendly, though they could have come off a little more professional (maybe some additional training on professionalism would help). They met us at the new house as we drove the truck with all the loaded items. The 3 gentlemen loaded all boxes and furniture into the one room we asked, and it all worked out better then expected. My only other pet peeve was that after trying to go through boxes, I noticed that some are in the room on their sides, upside down, and a few up right, but some with something too heavy on top of it. I have not come across anything broken -- yet -- but I hope I don't because that would change my review a bit. Otherwise, I have to say that I was impressed with how quickly the work was done and move completed. They absolutely saved the day for me!

These guys were great! I didn't really believe the other reviews, as they were too positive. However all the compliments of the other customers are well deserved. The Chaz &Crew members who helped us were very professional, nice, prompt, strong, and really a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
