Half of my stuff was either stolen or left unattended which totals thousands of dollars who gets culpability I am not sure but what I do know is this service was responsible as it was not me moving the stuff out of the “wrong” elevator and having it all disappear. I have filed a police report and have a detective looking into the footage anyone from this company who can help please advise as I do not want to make this more public than I need to but will if I do not get the commensurate response and assistance for this issue - thank you
We do not have access to the buildings security cameras but will be as helpful as possible in resolving this issue.

They did a good job in moving furniture. They seem to be experts in it.
However, the furniture assembly didn't go well. They have assembled a new way fair bed but it was not up to the mark. I still see some nuts and bolts not tightened and the bed slats were also not properly placed. When we put the mattress on it, a couple of slats came off and the mattress went down which is disappointing. We need to assemble it again to fix these issues.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.
