We moved on July 1, 2019 from Texas to Missouri. I went with Superior Service because they had excellent reviews and were highly recommended. On the day of our move, Chris and Troy were on time. I had scheduled for 3 hours, but the job ended up taking another hour and a half which they stayed until the job was completed. The reason I gave them two stars is what we experienced when we got to Missouri. The packing of the truck was not done correctly for this long haul (and they were aware we were moving out of state). A third of the boxes had fallen and many were crushed. Items did get broken and some of our furniture wasn't even covered (and we had plenty of furniture pads to use). We had roped to use to secure our items, but Chris said it wasn't needed. I feel our property and goods were just thrown on the truck to get the job done, and no care was given at all. As a result, I cannot recommend using this company.

These guys were on time, courteous, and hard workers. They did a good job packing and handling.
The only small criticism I have in hind sight is that your heavier items should always be placed near the back of the truck so that the unloading team is fresh when handling your more difficult/heavy items. They did placed the items on in the order we asked, but some guidance would have been appreciated.

The guys from Superior, Chris and Troy, did an excellent job. They were right on time and got right to work. Well, actually they had to wait on me as I was delayed in getting the truck but as soon as I got there, they got right on it and worked hard the whole time.
I have never seen a truck packed so tightly. Chris has a natural talent for arranging stuff in the smallest space. Allegedly, Chris has a nick name "air tight". I coined a new one for him -- "compactor".
They came prepared to do the work and was most respectful of all of my property.
This review would be amiss if I did not mention the fine service I received from Danny, the coordinator of the move. Due to circumstances, I had to reschedule the move and Danny was so accommodating. I had not rescheduled the truck yet, so Danny took the initiative to call the truck rental location to reschedule the truck ..... and negotiated with them to maintain the incredible rate I had on the original rental; they were trying to raise it but Danny prevailed. Also, the date I had chosen for the move was a full day for Superior but Danny worked my move in somehow. What a guy! Representing his customer all the way! This is going beyond the call of duty and I greatly appreciated it!
I can highly recommend Superior for loading and unloading services. I wish I could use them on the destination end!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
