I was overall generally satisfied with Family Movers for packing up our POD. Not everything fit in the POD, so they were able to rearrange some things to get the highest priority items into the POD. They were extremely diligent & careful at the beginning of the packing process, but by the last few items, since we were running low on time, they weren't quite as careful. Some items had minor damage during shipping.

These guys did an amazing job, they worked solidly for 3 hours and they packed 2 containers for us! We didn't think there was any way that we would get everything into the two containers but they managed to get far more in them than we ever anticipated, they packed it all and made sure it was packed with care!! Really nice guys, would highly recommend them!!

Loading team arrived early and completed the job in one hour even though they had a two hour block. Very courteous, wrapped what they needed to wrap, used a hand truck that made it much more efficient and safer for them and did an excellent job packing the POD. They said I could have used a smaller truck because of the way they packed. Outstanding job and service. Thank you so much. Mj

Very hard workers in brutal conditions, HOT!!! Did a wonderful job in a timely manner. 3rd floor apartment loading onto truck. On time and very professional. Highly recommended!!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
