Family movers did a great job. They followed up right after I scheduled through hire a helper. They contacted me before the move to reconfirm time, date, and location. They arrived within their window. They unloaded everything and were very personable. They stayed within the move window to avoid extra hours. They unloaded and offered to assembly furniture. They were very professional and I would use them again.

AWESOME and Professional is an understatement they are really great. I highly recommend them. The owner Billy and his helper Tom did a fast efficient and effective use of their time. Family movers arrived on time and worked very hard! They loaded the POD in an expert manner. They were courteous, efficient and careful with our belongings. They had great attitudes and I am definitely going to use them again!

So glad we chose Family Movers! The price was very reasonable, they were right on time, and moved our items with care and expertise. The main office was also very accommodating when an unavoidable schedule change came up for us. It must have caused quite a bit of inconvenience, but they were very gracious about it. We were very pleased and appreciative of the help received today and would recommend them without hesitation.

Arrived on time and were hardworking however they were not careful when moving the furniture. They hit the walls a few times and left a few marks. Also they should change their shirts if they are sweating so much that it is dripping on the furniture and the floors of the home.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The people you meet and the stories they share.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
