There are not words superlative enough to rate our two helpers today… to me, they are the gold standard…arrived on time, surveyed the job, laid out a plan and executed it… beyond their work ethic, they were pleasant and personable… moving is stressful, but they alleviated all our fears… outstanding job..!!!

Hard to rate because the work the movers did was great quality, however, I feel the company could improve with communication.
Positive: items were packed well, no damage, hard workers with good attitudes. Accomplished the job! Manager made things right after a miscommunication.
Negative: They sent 3 guys, when I paid for 2 (showed up early when we weren't ready). I paid for 6 hours and it took 7. In the end, I had to pay almost $400 more than planned. It's hard to determine if the time was atypical Or due the move. I paid it because I valued the workers and the project was complete.
My advice is to use this company, but talk to someone over the phone before the move happens to square away important details.

Crew from VIP arrived early, were professional, considerate, reasonably priced & STRONG!! Would hire them again.
(For some reason I was not aware of the $39.00 “SERVICE CHARGE “ that was tacked on the bill at the end. Think this was a HIRE-A-HELPER add-on fee…not VIP. Like going to a restaurant, having a great meal & a crappy dessert.
