It could have been that the crew was held at a previous location this past Saturday; however, Hire a helper called asking if they could come on Saturday instead if on Sunday which was the original schedule. We agreed even though it was somewhat inconvenient for us. They were supposed to arrive between 4-5pm. They showed up at 6:20pm. Again, they worked hard and also sent three guys rather than the two guys we had scheduled so they were trying their best. However, we are somewhat concerned about the placement of some of the items and also concerned that there may things that arrive at our new location broken or pretty scratched up.... we hope not. We were generous with our tips both times we used VIP movers, they worked hard, and we thought they were respectful.

Would definitely recommend. Communication beforehand was excellent. They arrived on time and loaded my truck quickly and efficiently. They even volunteered to take a large area rug to my dumpster. Price was more than reasonable for a job well done.
