We had the absolute best experience with VIP Movers. After a very long 2 weeks of packing, and a not so great experience with movers loading our moving truck in DC, it was a breath of fresh air to have VIP Movers show up exactly on time for our unpack day in FL. They were so professional, friendly, and extremely considerate of our furniture and boxes. They also went out of their way to put each box/item in the appropriate room. They had our moving truck unpacked quickly and efficiently. I will only hire them again for our next move.

They took my beds apart and couldn’t find the screws!!! Put in random screws and destroyed my wood frames!!! Moved one of my dressers and couldn’t find the screws for the mirror so instead the found random screws again and damaged the wood so I have to find a way to put the mirror on!! They Removed important paperwork I had in my drawer so I’m now looking for those things!! I would never refer this company to anyone and I wish they would give a refund for the damages!!!
