I needed to return the rental truck to avoid a charge for an extra day. I had originally scheduled an afternoon unload but they were able to come earlier and unload the truck very quickly and without damaging anything. They were friendly and very helpful. I was able to return the truck and I saved the extra day charge. Highly recommend.

VIP Movers showed up on time and started working immediately. While they were there they they had to take apart one queen bed and a very heavy glass dining table and package everything. Workers were very respectful and courtesy. However, I realized when adding some things to the truck that they had dropped my snake plant and they roots were now exposed and my wicker patio table was placed on top of my monstera deliciosa and my money tree. Whatever you do, move your plants yourself! Also, once I arrived at my destination and the new movers unloaded the truck and started to put things back together, they brought it to my attention that the nuts and bolts to my glass dining table were missing only the large pieces arrived. My guess, because the table was so heavy, once they had it unscrewed someone put the small pieces in their pocket.
