Moved my mother and sister across the country. I was told that the guys would never get everything in the POD I ordered but they assured me that they would get the job done. They did such a great job the POD was more than big enough for the job!

One was okay, the other NOT. The one guy assured me everything would fit--it did! The other had no idea how to pack. He also told me twice that I needed a different sized POD, but he admitted there were only 2 sizes available cross-country, so why keep me unnerved bringing it up. Both of them threw boxes in in the order they took them from the house, they didn't use many pads I provided, and the boxes were tilted. I fixed the ones I could reach after they left. When they took the biggest piece, they went thru the door that was smaller and I warned them the door doesn't open all the way because of a bookcase behind,, but they plunged thru anyway, scraping the top against the door jamb. My son said I should have sent them away. Next time I will. I anticipate damage to my stuff.

A phone call prior to arrival. Fast and efficient movers!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
