The crew did a great job loading my 26 foot truck. They got more on that I thought it would take. They even got my 500 lb motorcycle loaded and secured. They were careful handling our furniture and packing the load. When I got to my destination 525 miles away and unloaded the truck, there were no scratches and no breakage. Highly recommended.

I selected “Them Movers” to load my truck for my out of state move. The two guys worked very hard and worked the entire two (2) hours. They were respectful, helpful and arrived on-time. I do wish they would have listened and used common sense when they loaded my washer and dryer however. As a result of loading the dryer on the pedestal my new dryer was damaged during the move. Nothing too serious and I’ve already filed a claim with HireAHelper.com to have it repaired. All-in-all, good, convenient service.

I will keep my review short. Below are the things i liked
1. They did very good job in packing things that are delicate.
2. They were very careful in moving my stuff and no damage done at all.
Things i noticed should have been different.
1. All my things at my home didn't fit in the Budget 16' PARCEL VAN and i couldn't understand the reason as we didn't shop much in the one year we were here at this apartment. The same stuff that we were able to fit and move to this apartment couldn't fit when we were moving out. The way they stacked somehow left out space , Movers mentioned there could be fall in our boxes if we stack but the previous movers did stack them almost to the roof and tied the boxes.
2. My next concern is about the ongoing virus and safety precautions every body is taking, Them movers is not up to date on this or they don't care . I have my carpet cleaning lady and also Carpet steam cleaning guy come over next 2 days and none of them were careless they were there will gloves, masks they maintained distance and knew basic CDC safety measures, But Them movers were not prepared and even gave me shake hand and its not acceptable, i didn't want to complain at that time but its lack of direction from the company not movers themselves.
We all want to be safe and follow the directions that our medical society wants us to follow.
Apart from these the process was smooth and they came on time , worked really hard with heavy lifting and were helpful in listening my directions in on which one needs to be packaged. My intention in providing feedback is only to make sure they take care of these small things for future moving assignments.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack any boxes needed prepared. We do assembly and disassembly. If everything is disassembled it will take less time to load trucks and containers. Buy or rent moving blankets.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle personal moves into trucks, storage and shipping containers. We provide in home services for things such and preparing a room to get floors redone etc. We do full office moves and business moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We get to help others!! We make someone's life a bit easier.

We keep crew leads on site to reassure everyone knows instruction and conduct everything properly.
