The 2 kids that showed up had horrible attitudes. Thank god I had family members to help or else the job wouldn’t have gotten down. They took forever unloading boxes, we had 3 dollies and they didn’t use them. My dad had to unload the truck himself. Then, when they had to move my couch the time was running out so they said “no” they aren’t moving it. I said I’d pay for additional time. Then they were complaining that they had to carry the couch up two additional flights of stairs. Well sorry, I hired you to move my couch because I couldn’t do it myself. Then the other small couch, they tried fitting it in the elevator once and it didn’t work so they gave up. They obviously were ready to leave so I ended the service. My dad and uncle, who both just had surgeries on their shoulders and back ended up fitting the couch in the elevator and moved it. I wasted my money on those 2 movers.

Super friendly and did a great job. Saved my injured back from getting more injured. The person who packed the POD is a spatial genius, no idea how he was able to get all our stuff in the POD with tons of room left.

These guys were great. They texted me beforehand with an ETA and were perfect on timimg. They were polite and professional. They worked steadily and used extra care in how my antique furniture was packed on the truck. I would definitely use Zooming Moving again and will certainly recommend them.

Did a good job loading my container. They didn't have packing supplies (probably need to request separately), but offered to pack if I provide supplies.
Overall (considering price point) I was satisfied and would recommend. YMMV.
