I appreciated receiving an update on when to expect the guys to show up, and they showed up exactly on time within the window I had requested. They were equipped with the appropriate straps to safely move out my heavier, bulky furniture. They worked effectively and efficiently, and did a great job at packing the sprinter van such that only one trip was required for the heavy, bulky items. I would use them again if I don't manage to sell off my heavy, bulky furniture and need to move it out of storage to my next place.

Jacob and Marcelus were on time and after a walk through and explanation, they started right in to work. A hand truck was ordered, but had been overlooked by someone along the way. They guys were fast, efficient, and organized. They listened well, followed instructions, and were extremely polite. They moved about 50 pieces of furniture, some very heavy, down two flights of stairs. The truck was well organized for transport. We would definitely use Allstar Movers again, requesting the same guys. A positive, stress free experience!
