They guys showed up on time. One smelled horribly of weed. The other guy seemed to be his first time on the job. They were nice enough guys, but not effective when you are paying by the hour. They even forgot to put some items in the truck. I was disappointed considering some of the good reviews.

James and Devonte, although late to arrive, worked very hard to complete this move. The company is the one I fault due to mis-information and poor communication from start to finish. Their workers came without any hand truck, dolly, etc. so they were set up for failure from the beginning. I had purchased one (80.00) on 6-30 and was hoping it wouldn't be needed so I could return it if they had equipment with them this time.
The crew that packed the container had no hand truck or dolly and we had to borrow from our neighbors. I was being proactive.Then the company wants to charge me a service charge when they gave me no service and I
was supposed to be have 3 movers, not 2. Guess I should have read more reviews. Kudos to James and Devonte for their respect, their hard work and their positive attitudes.

The movers arrived one hour after the allotted timeslot. While they were very efficient with the simpler things to move, they ultimately had trouble moving in my large couch and scuffed my neighbor's door. They ended up having to leave the couch in my new home's lobby, claiming we absolutely needed my neighbor to be back home and open up his door to create space. They also apparently had to leave because their time was up (remember, they were an hour late). A few friends and I were able to move in the couch by ourselves without opening my neighbor's door after the movers left.
