They were excellent, hard workers, they were very careful with my things, u was very expressed. I have very heavy furniture but they didn’t seem to struggle at all. You can tell they had plenty of years of experience moving. I would absolutely recommend. The way the young man communicated when he was on his way, very professional.

One of the movers was good and patient. The other was absolutely horrible. Constantly on his phone or chit chatting wasting time. He even dropped a box that clearly had fragile written all over it from the height of the truck. He came unprepared without water and asked if they could have a break to go to the store. The two workers just constantly bickered at each other most of the time. I had to get upset with both of them because they were wasting time arguing.
If you need a moving company go with someone else. This was overall not a good experience for us.

I first used this company in February when I was moving out of my old residence. I hired them to load a POD for storage. They did amazing which is why I rehired them. Two guys came, different from the guys that came previously. One guy was hustling, the other was lazy. I kept seeing him texting, and taking breaks. That in itself would not cause this review. I felt like i had to babysit them because they kept doing things that I deemed to be careless. Like forcing a couch that was stuck when the door to the POD was not all the way pulled up. Several times i intervened because I did not want my couch to rip. Also, I looked outside and saw that my dresser was sitting upside down on the ground. Why would a person sit a dresser upside down as opposed to sitting it down from the bottom?? This caused major scratching on the top of my dresser. They kept taking breaks, which extended my time more than it needed to be. I expressed my concern to the person who dispatched the movers. I appreciate how it was handled. However, the damage is done.
