Arrived on time, reviewed the work before proceeding to do a very good job filling a 16 foot container floor to ceiling, wall to wall making sure to utilize all available space. Hope to have them in a couple weeks for the unloading. Thanks a bunch!

This is the worst moving service I have ever come across ever. Rayshon Jones, the person you contact doesn't ever respond and one of the movers broke my lamp. I am not angry about this but how Rayshon handled it. I told him, he wouldn't respond, then finally I got him on the phone and he said I would get a refund. The lamp is $70 and he said I would get less than half back. He angrily told me about a law about movers insurance. That is fine but why is he angry at me? I have screenshots of him never responding to all of my texts and calls. After I told him I couldn't call because I was out he continued to call me. None of my texts answered until I called and complained. I would rather die or move in myself than ever deal with this horrific company again.
