Ryan and crew did a great job of loading a 20 ft truck and disassembling furniture in just over an hour. Every piece of furniture was wrapped and efficiently loaded to make maximum use of the space. I have moved over 10 times and this crew at Fast Movers was the best ever. They are polite, courteous, and accommodating to the customers needs. They work hard and fast to complete your job. Ryan communicated with me well prior to the move, arrived on time with necessary equipment and got right to work. Ryan is clearly a professional mover and motivates his crew. If I could could give them more than 5 stars, would definitely do so. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks again to Ryan and everyone at Fast Movers.

Bad attitude. Left long before the job was done. I recommend hiring someone else! I’ve had four previous good experiences with HireAHelper, but I might not use this service again after this experience.
I emailed and called multiple times before our move to verify (1) that they pack and move and (2) that I had enough movers for enough time. They said yes to both. On the day of the move, they said they did not pack and did not have enough time. The main guy was unprofessional and passive aggressive in how he handled the situation. Once they left, my wife and I had to spend another 6+ hours packing. It was a nightmare. Do not use this company.
We believe the review left on HireaHelper's site goes against their Terms of Service. The original order was for 2 men. Due to the size of the job, we agreed on 4 men to help get your job done faster and in your booked time frame. We also stayed an additional 1.5 hours past booked time which made us arrive late to our next job.
When we spoke prior to the job, it was not discussed that everything was to be packed, but only a few items, which we could help with. When arriving, there was minimal to no packing done.
On the original order, also not listed was the fact of following you to a storage facility 25 minutes away to load storage units into a U-Haul Truck to be brought back and also unloaded in the trailer. This was additional time used as well.
When the time had come that we had to leave due to staying longer than expected, we had agreed that there was minimal packing left and no heavy items were left behind. You had stated that you could handle the rest of what was left behind.
We apologize for any miscommunication you feel may have occurred, but wish you the best in your new home.
