Ron and Kevin did a fantastic job. They really took care of our home and packed our PODs efficiently. They called 30 mins ahead and said they would be there right at the end of the 1 hour arrival window and worked hard the entire time they were there. They joked about my friends not showing up until the end. But my original intention was for them to move the heavy stuff but I forgot how many smaller things needed to be packed around the larger things. I should have had friends arrive earlier to help along with the movers or hired more movers but that was my fault. I would definitely recommend them!

Well I wasn’t thrilled with the timeframe I was scheduled between four and five pm and they showed up at 9 PM. There was no communication explaining to me why and when they were going to arrive so that was unsettling but when they did arrive they manage to do everything within an hour they were very polite and did a wonderful job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though. Is your company moving to a new building? Switching floors in your current space? Do you need someone to finally get that old copier down to the basement? Hauling junk? We can help!
