This is a company that I'd use again without any hesitation. Jean Pierre and Jean arrived on time, were easy to work with, had all of the equipment they needed, and worked very hard throughout the day. We had another company's crew out for another job recently, and MD Expert Movers was, by leaps and bounds, more careful with our furniture and moving boxes. They wrapped everything really securely and packed our pod really, really well. I strongly recommend hiring them for your move.

WOW!!! I am so thankful we used MD Expert Movers. We requested 3 guys for 3 hours and didn't realize how big of a job we really had for them. They were on time, asked for a tour of the house to get an idea of what needed to be packed and from then on, these guys worked their tails off. We had packed on bedroom upstairs nearly full to the brim and to the ceiling with boxes, on top of large furniture, and they had it down to the truck in 21 minutes. They wrapped blankets and saran wrap around all of our furniture/pictures and other items that could be harmed or scratched in the move too. We watched them pick up boxes that were beyond heavy with ease and then skip steps as they moved it to the truck. The 28ft freight trailer we hired was packed with incredible precision that the movers we used once we got to Minneapolis said they had never seen a truck packed like this. They packed it so well, that the only casualty was something we didn't expect to make the move anyway but they still tried their best. Kevin and his team blew us away and I wish we could have used them to unload the truck 1100 miles away. The movers we had to use to unload the truck don't hold a candle to these guys. Beyond impressed and so thankful that we hired them!

These guys did a fantastic job. We had a 16 foot truck to unload into a third floor walk up. It was an older building with narrow stairs and hallways. How they managed to get the sofa, dresser and queen mattress up I don’t know, but they did. Great job and would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The movers will give you a call when they are approximately 15 minutes away during your 1-hour arrival window. All of our crews will come prepared with tools for furniture assembly/disassembly, as well as hand trucks, dollies, industrial shrink wrap and rope. This equipment is included in your reservation; there is no additional fee for these basic items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Moving preparations are often underway well before your moving date - decluttering, boxing, labeling, etc. Our favorite tip is for your moving day. After the crew arrives, take a few minutes upfront to show them all of your items. This way, our team can customize loading your container, storage area, or truck efficiently and safely.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in loading/unloading PODS, PackRat, ABF trailers/containers, and Door-to-Door services. MD Expert Movers isn't limited to household goods though.
