These movers showed up two and a half hours late with no explanation. I booked their earliest time so they didn't have another client delay them. When I reached out to Hire A Helper to see what I could do they told me to reach out to the movers and ask for a discount, which I did, but they never replied. We should have had time for the movers I hired through this site upstate but because the first team was so late we had to cancel. I'm very fortunate that I could physically offload everything myself, but it was still a huge pain. I wouldn't recommend them.

They did not show till 12:20pm. All the rest of questions I would give them a 10 very professional and worked very hard. I would request them again. The only problem was the lateness.

Horrible service not from the moving company but from hire a helper.
I booked 8 hrs for my loading service however loading company ended in 5 hrs (3 hrs early). They told me they cannot charge me only for the hours worked since i booked the 8. They told me that hire a helper policy. Then i asked if those 3 unused hours could be used later and they said no either. In the end i paid 8 hrs of work and only received 5 with no cash back or possibility to use them later

The guys showed up and did everything we needed. They were careful, courteous, and quick. They loaded our trailer with the mindset that every foot was more money. They did have a few minor issues but will get better with time as they go. If you need someone to load you up, these guys can do it. Thanks Marquis and Terrence!

Didn't show up and lied to me for hours about where they were at. Logistically they took this job even though they are located hours away and never bothered to actually see where they were moving me. I could of canceled and had hire a helper get me another crew but instead wasted my whole move day by jerking me around and then got an attitude with me when I told them to not come, after multiple times of them pushing me off throughout the day. My original move time was 11am to noon they were trying to show up over 6 hours later and move me at 7pm at night. Completely unacceptable. BEWARE!

My crew have handled long distance, local, and office moves. We have A1 experience in packing and loading.

My favorite part about being a mover is the smile on customers faces when they’re in there new home.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All my crew members are fully trained. When new crew members start they will do a hands on training with an trainer. They will be taught how to load an truck. How to stack boxes with fragile boxes on top, hot to properly wrap furniture and televisions and how to car certain items without damaging.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
