They had office staff and the workers confirm timing and address before the day of the move. Workers were a few minutes early to the site. They assisted in the planning of loading our Pod container, and were very careful and thorough with our furniture and boxes. They finished well ahead of schedule.

I asked for help for two hours to unload the heavy stuff fully expecting to unload the boxes and lighter stuff myself. The two men showed on time and in less than two hours had the entire trailer emptied and swept. They hustled and did an incredible job. Far more than I expected could be done and even without asking. Thanks guys. Great job

The two gentlemen who assisted us were terrific. On time, fast, careful with our stuff and really nice. They went beyond the call of duty and helped us move some furniture around, laid out some rugs and gave us advice. Exceedingly polite and professional. We plan to request them when we come back next month with another load of furniture.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
