The movers were right on time, moved quickly. However, they did not use the truck space efficiently or pack my items in a manner to avoid falling or collapsing during moving.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
