Sam showed up on time and got right to our loading job. He provided excellent advice about how to load the 15 ft truck for our long drive to Northern California. Sam took great care with all our stuff and we anticipate a error free move. We would hire him again if we ever needed help in Tucson again.

They were on time and worked none stop until all three of our Pods were empty. They even swept out the Pods for me. I highly recommend this company.

The three movers who helped unload our moving truck into a second story apartment were great - fast working (they got the whole job done in half the time I had estimated!) careful and efficient. All three movers were hearing impaired, which would have been nice to know ahead of time - I see now some other reviews mention this, but I didn't realize this possibility at the time of booking. I would have liked to have labeled boxes a bit better in advance or learn to sign a few key phrases ("fragile", "upstairs", "kitchen"...etc) to make things easier. We managed to get along just fine pointing and gesturing at things :)

The two man team were polite and professional. They helped us move my sister into a new place. They even set up the bed and move a couple of furniture pieces once everything was uploaded. I will use them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Blankets and pads are your friend when going anywhere that involves a % grade. When loading PODS/ABF's the most important item are Straps. The more the merrier- They are also how to secure your HHG's properly during transit.
