Dan and Richard from Bend Lift and Move showed up on time and brought all their necessary equipment to unload a buffet, hutch, dresser and some bookcases from the Penske truck I had rented. I could not have asked for a better or more professional experience.

The 2 workers were fine, they did everything required.
This was day 2 of packing and loading, and this was the 2nd POD. (Day 1 was the first POD). We had to have the 1st POD picked up and the 2nd POD delivered.
The managing coordinator for the company sent 2 workers at 10am even though we had a phone conversation the previous day about sending the same workers (from day 1) in the afternoon after the POD arrived. So we had to send the 2 workers away.
The manager then said to text him when the POD arrives and he would send the workers back out and asked if we wanted the workers from the previous day or the ones that showed up today. I sent back that we would like the workers from the previous day since they already knew what to do and could just pick up where they left off. He still sent a new crew.
At the end of the day the crew mentioned they worked some extra hours and that I would need to add that to the work report and pay extra. The manager text me the same. I told him since we had actually contracted for 3 people (and paid for that), and he only sent 2 workers that we were even.
The manager is the problem here, not the workers... just to be clear
* Didn't read the contracts and understand that we had 2 days of work ahead of time
* Didn't send the crew out on the 2nd day at the right time as requested
* Didn't send the same crew from Day 1 out as requested
* Didn't send the right amount of workers contracted for (sent 2 instead of 3)
* Slow to respond to text messages... and phones calls went to a phone service
Originally you had two movers set up for 10:00 a.m. on the first day which I did get that team out there and we cleaned the job. And that is correct. We did have another job for you the next day. I've already assigned a different team on it cuz when I assigned the jobs out I didn't put two and two together. At the time it was the same customer.
And once you requested for three guys to come out tomorrow I didn't have a chance to look at my schedule for the next day as I'm often driving or having to cover jobs which is why sometimes there's a delay and responding via text or phone call.
But the confusion came into play when the the 25th reservation. The original reservation wanted a team out there at 10:00 a.m. which I had a team on that job. I didn't have a chance to look to see if you had two jobs on the reservation. So I sent the team that was already assigned to that. So I didn't have to switch teams around and take a longer delay of getting a team out there. Unfortunately that there was a mistake on my end. I didn't notice it was a three-man team and I did try to get an extra guy out there and I was unable to, which I did say. I'll be more than happy to try to compensate for that. Which I do believe I did compensate for that. If not, I'll be more hired to rediscuss that. It does appear that besides only being one man's shirt, everything else was good on the job.
