I had some issues with my move and as a result I had to reschedule multiple times. They were very understanding and when I couldn't be there to physically assist with the unloading they still did an awesome job of getting my stuff unloaded and arranged in a way that was accessible to me. Thanks!

I was concerned that the amount of items that we had would not fit into the container that i reserved. The mover assured me that it would fit, and for the most part it did. They did an excellent job loading the container! The container arrived early and I called the movers and asked if they could come earlier as well and they were there within a couple of hours, earlier than what I had scheduled! They were very respectful of the items and packed with precision and care, I would definitely recommend them and use them again if I am in need.

I needed movers on very short notice. I was in a pinch, and do not know what I would have done without them! They responded to my request in a very timely manner, arrived as scheduled, were very polite, worked extremely hard, were very careful & respectful of our goods. These guys were awesome. We used them to help us after our move to the town and will definitely use them again once we buy a house in a few months! It's always so much nicer to work with a family owned business than a corporate owned.

While the guys were pleasant enough to work with, they fell short of my expectations. Despite having a pile of blankets and wrap available, they did not use them unless given specific instructions. Packing was less than fully efficient, with large gaps that I had to reconfigure and repack after they left. They did work hard, but seemed to be focused on grabbing anything available instead of looking for the right fits.

Since this is a small individually owned moving company I wanted to really like and support them, but there were bad as well as good qualities. At time of booking I got standard email confirmation, but Pods said I should talk to them to get estimate of space the professional movers thought I needed. I had to leave 2 messages over span of 4 days to get call back and then Universal was not prepared to come do onsite review. Over phone he thought we would have enough space but said I should get extra Pod just in case. Pods had no more left so back up plan was to use Uhaul to load extra stuff and put in storage like rest of stuff going into storage with Pods. Universal was suppose to show up at 8am. At 7;30 Larry called to say his helper (I booked a crew of 2 for 6 hours) couldn't make it because his wife went into labor. He had to find another worker and finally showed up at 10:10. If I had a worker whose wife was expecting, I would have been proactive with another worker on call in such a situation. The entirety of their moving tools brought was 1 heavy lifting strap for 2 workers. No dollies, thank god we had one. Due to late start and slow progress loading, it was late in day before Larry confirmed all was not going to fit in Pods, even though he was doing great at utilizing every inch of space. When he and his worker were testing if Pod door would close, Larry's thumb got bent backward, probably broken, but not sure. My husband picked up slack and did most of rest of loading into uhaul. They completed their 6 hours and job was finished as expected with my husband helping.
