We realized some obvious damage to our new refrigerator (3 door restaurant fridge) after the movers left. Since it is part of our own fault, we decided not to go after them, although we were told to do so by several people.
What happened is: a moving part ( 4 metal shelves together) inside the refrigerator hit and made a hole on one side of the wall, due to the tilt of the refrigerator (moving-up through the stairs). My own fault is: I passed the wrong information of the weight of the refrigerator to the movers, who did not bring the right tools.
Nevertheless, as professionals, I feel like that they should not overlook the potential damage from the moving parts inside the refrigerator, based on the way it was moved up.

Excellent job by these two men. They were professional and courteous. These men arrived on time and to get the job done in as little time as possible. They were very careful with items and took the necessary time to make sure things were packed in the pod so that there would be no damage. Excellent workers. I would highly recommend them!

We are still amazed at how you were able to meticulously fit all we hoped to be able to move in the pod then with your awesome skills got EVERYTHING we really wanted to take(dining room set, coffee table, 2 recliners, cedar chest etc etc!). Harold and his team were very personable and professional. They took extra care with my wooden furniture and even took the time to wrap it, at no extra cost!
